Fare
Our
traditional dishes, presented in non-traditional ways, have been
described as gourmet in every way. We serve a variety of homemade
breads and pastries, hearty country breakfasts, individualized
packed or shore lunches, scrumptious main courses, and much, much
more. A selection of fine BC wines is included with dinner. Meals
are served in a comfortable family-style setting, providing the
perfect opportunity to visit with others or exchange fish stories.
Mealtime is guaranteed not to be boring and if you have any favorites,
do not hesitate to ask.

say we had lots of excellent food would be an understatement.
Let me give you an example of a day's fare. For breakfast there
was fruit and fruit juices along with plenty of coffee to get
us going before we tied into a tasty ham, cheese and mushroom
omelette. Lunch, that was brought to us while we were fishing
consisted of fruits, several kinds of meat and cheese along with
tasty all grain bread. Special coffees were also a hit on a cool
lake. For dinner we had a meal that is equivalent to anything
I've had in five star restaurants and cruise ships."
